The Education Policy Study Circle (LSKP) focuses on strengthening the education policy research ecosystem in Indonesia by promoting collaboration among stakeholders and encouraging the development of education policies that are grounded in research and evidence-based policymaking.

Advocacy

LSKP strengthens the use of research findings to support child-centered policy planning and implementation processes. This effort is carried out through the initiation of and collaboration with a wide range of education policy research actors across sectors. In addition, PSPK actively engages diverse stakeholders—from university students to policymakers—both within and beyond government systems.

Producing a greater number of education policy studies through research conducted by the LSKP team

Implementation

LSKP promotes the application of policy recommendations through technical assistance, program facilitation, and collaboration with relevant partners, ensuring that research findings are effectively implemented across diverse contexts.

Research Fellowship

This facilitation is provided to early-career researchers (undergraduate and master’s students) to enable them to contribute ideas to education policy and conduct research on a wide range of education policy topics.

Research Initiatives

Independent and collaborative efforts to produce studies with meaningful impact on education policy.

Bincang Pendidikan

A discussion forum that brings together early-career researchers to engage with and discuss recent studies on education policy.

Pendidik Muda

A community that brings together young researchers and practitioners in Indonesia’s education policy field, both domestically and internationally, to share experiences and knowledge and to support data-driven education policy advocacy.

Kilas Pendidikan

A platform for writings based on experience, reflection, or research, published in the form of blog articles, Kilas Pendidikan pieces, policy briefs, or other formats aligned with PSPK’s advocacy orientation.
