This Education Brief purely reflects the views of a Research Fellow at the Center for Education and Policy Studies (PSPK), based on direct involvement in research examining issues related to the PPG Prajabatan program. The study was conducted over one year, from June 2023 to May 2024. It provides insights into the implementation of the PPG Prajabatan program in the science (IPA) track, which may differ from practices in other contexts or programs. The recommendations presented at the end of this study are not prescriptive, but may serve as considerations for implementing universities and the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK) as organizers of PPG Prajabatan programs. This Education Brief may be quoted, disseminated, and used for non-commercial purposes.
